- Venue Account Data: Business name, contact person, email, phone number, and POS/PMS credentials required for service integration.
- Guest Order Metadata: Table/Room number, ordered items, timestamps, and dietary preferences requested during conversational AI sessions.
- Technical Diagnostics: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and telemetry needed to guarantee 99.9% system availability.
2. Use of Information
We use collected data solely for:
- Routing guest orders to venue POS systems and kitchen displays (KDS).
- Generating conversational AI recommendations and culinary pairing suggestions.
- Providing venue management with aggregated sales and performance analytics.
3. Data Security & GDPR / KVKK Compliance
All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. We never sell, rent, or monetize guest personal data to third parties. We strictly comply with GDPR, KVKK, and international privacy frameworks.
